Over the past six months, we've discovered new tools, ideas, and processes that support our effort in working in radically different ways. The purpose of this website is to capture these tools, ideas, processes, and, most importantly, the lessons we've learned so far.
The process of becoming a mission-based team does not happen overnight. It only happens when individuals within the organization begin learning, thinking, and working in a new way.
We got together the week of January 23rd in Erie, PA and had a stellar week. Here's what came out of it.
Key External Stakeholders Map
For Mods to succeed, its key stakeholders must be invested in its success. We've begun to map out those key players.
We've experimented with new processes in our meetings to make them collaborative, and captured these processes here.
We decided to use Slack as a means to unlock transparency and communicate asynchronously.
We've utilized FastWorks to launch a process called Sprints. Now, anyone can bring up an idea to make a process more simple.
